
Cervical Cancer Screening
Cervical cancer is not uncommon, in fact there are at least 2000 new cases confirmed each year. However, the numbers have been in decline since routine screening tests have been in use and therefore we naturally encourage women to have regular check-ups with their GP. By identifying the existence of abnormal cell early on, treatment, further testing and re-treatment can be made to prevent cancer from developing in the future. The Department of Health recommends that women between the ages of 20 - 64 yrs have routine cervical smears every 3 - 5 yrs.

Life Coaching - a change of perspective

According to Anna, life coaches don't give advice but help individuals to implement the solutions that they come up with. The benefit is that this impact can be immediate.
